Services
We provide a service that helps individuals and businesses find and secure temporary accommodation. Our services may include, but are not limited to, finding suitable properties, negotiating terms and agreements, and providing advice and support throughout the process.
Pricing and Payment Policies
All invoices for our services will be issued in accordance with our pricing and payment policies. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made in GBP (Great British Pounds). If you are making a payment from overseas, please note that you may be charged currency conversion fees by your bank or payment provider. You are responsible for paying any such fees in addition to the amount due for our Services.
A deposit will be required at the start of our Services. We will not begin working on your behalf until this deposit has been paid and received. The agreed remaining balance will be due upon completion of our Services.
Limitation of Liability
We take all reasonable care in providing our Services, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using our Services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
We provide advice and recommendations based on our experience and knowledge of the local property market. However, we do not accept any liability for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided or any decision made by the client based on that information. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that all decisions made in connection with the viewing and assessment of properties are at their own risk, and that we do not make any representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided. The client assumes full responsibility for any decisions made based on the information provided by us, and releases us from any and all liability for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with the use of our services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel our Services, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before we have begun working on your behalf, we will refund any deposit paid. If you cancel after we have begun our services, we reserve the right to may retain the deposit to cover any costs already incurred.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Interstay or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display or create derivative works of any of the content without our prior written permission.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
